The Home Development Mutual Fund, commonly known as Pag-IBIG Fund, has made the loan application process simple through its online platform. If you’re thinking about applying for a Pag-IBIG loan this year, we’ve created an easy-to-follow guide to walk you through each step.
Before you start, it’s crucial to make sure you’ve met the required number of monthly savings and have all the necessary documents ready. These documents include:

- A clear photo or scanned copy of both sides of your Loyalty Plus Card.
- A selfie holding your cash card and a valid ID card.
