Tips and Reminders
- We recommend avoiding weekends and public holidays as they tend to get crowded.
- To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to charge your phone and any other gadgets in the evening. Electricity in Maniwaya Island runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM only.
- Be responsible and dispose of your trash properly. Leftovers on the beach can harm marine life.
- Sari-sari stores in Maniwaya Island have snacks and drinks you can enjoy on your trip. You'll be contributing to the local economy and helping small store owners.
- The island is a cash-only place, so be prepared to bring all your bills with you and don't forget to bring an extra one just in case!
- If you want to go snorkeling, bring an aqua shoe to protect your feet.
- You can use mobile signal but you will only have 3G data!
- You can always ask the resort to join you to other groups for island hopping tours and save some cash!
- Bring your own water bottle, refill it with water, and stay hydrated on the go!
