Ilocos Norte is a province I recently visited, and I must tell you that it is a veritable treasure trove of breathtaking views and thrilling activities. Ilocos Norte is home to everything, including stunning beaches and ancient sites. With that, here are my Top 14 must-see sights in Ilocos Norte:

1. Pagudpud Welcome Arch

A well-known landmark and the gateway to the lovely town of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte is the Pagudpud Welcome Arch. With the words “Welcome to Pagudpud” engraved in large letters on the arch, it stands tall and proud, making it the ideal location for photos and memory-keeping. The arch represents the welcoming nature and friendly hospitality of the Pagudpud people.

2. Paoay Church

The Paoay Church is among Ilocos Norte’s most popular tourist attractions. A testament to the nation’s rich cultural heritage, this centuries-old church is a work of art in architecture. It’s a stunning facade, and the exquisite architecture is astounding.

3. Cape Bojeador Lighthouse

The Cape Bojeador Lighthouse is another Ilocos Norte attraction that shouldn’t be missed. A beautiful view of the coastline and the vast ocean beyond is provided by this towering structure.

4. Sand Dunes

A trip to the Ilocos Norte Sand Dunes is a must if you’re looking for adventure. You can try sandboarding or riding a 4Ă—4 vehicle on the dunes for an adrenaline thrill.

We enjoyed staying at Jay Henry’s Transient House in Ilocos Norte. This welcoming and comfortable transient house is ideally close to the province’s top tourist attractions, making it a great place to stay.

Ilocos Norte is a province that, all in all, has a variety of tourist attractions to suit different interests. This province is home to both natural and historical wonders. Ilocos Norte should be at the top of your list if you’re seeking a spot to travel to the Philippines.
